BUYER GUIDE / CUSTOM BAG RFQ
A clear brief helps a supplier discuss the right construction, sample and quotation. Start with what you know; ask us to confirm the rest before approving production.
Choose the type of bag and describe who will use it, what it should carry and the sales or promotional program. Include a product reference, drawing, sample or photo when available.
Browse laptop and work bags, cosmetic and toiletry bags or insulated bags.
Share the desired outer material, lining, color reference and any known fabric weight or thickness. Specify the logo artwork, approximate placement and preferred process if known. Material composition, print methods and performance must be confirmed for the chosen sample.
Include estimated quantity per color or design, destination country, desired delivery date and packaging needs. If you need a particular test, inspection method or trade term, tell us in the brief so it can be discussed before the quotation.
Ask for confirmation of the finished measurements, materials, logo placement, workmanship and packaging against the agreed brief. Discuss sample fees, production quantity, price, timing and shipping separately; these depend on the project and are not fixed by this guide.
Compare quotations only when each supplier is pricing the same written specification, sample scope and delivery terms.
Confirm finished dimensions and whether they are internal or external, materials, color, closure, hardware, compartments, logo placement and packaging.
Ask whether the minimum applies per style, color, material or decoration method, and whether colors can be combined.
Confirm the sample fee, included construction and finish, revision rounds, courier cost and which changes require a new sample.
Check currency, quote validity, included and excluded costs, packaging, tooling or print setup, and the agreed Incoterm.
Separate sample development, material sourcing and bulk production. Ask which approval or payment milestone starts each lead time.
Write down inspection criteria and timing, packaging method, carton marks and required documents so the quotation covers the same scope.
A useful comparison depends on matching specifications and assumptions. Confirm them in writing before placing an order.

Share the device’s actual length, width and thickness, then compare them with the bag’s confirmed usable internal dimensions and approved sample. Screen size alone does not establish fit.
