Our work today builds on a travel-products focus: helping brands, importers and wholesalers turn a bag reference or brief into specifications they can review. We discuss dimensions, materials, construction, branding and packaging, then confirm the sample and commercial terms for each project.

From project brief to production plan
Share the product reference, intended use, dimensions and order scope. The team can review requirements for the selected project before a sample or commercial terms are confirmed.
Bag category, product reference, target quantity and destination market.
Discuss dimensions, construction, materials, branding, packaging and open questions.
Confirm sample availability and compare agreed dimensions, materials and workmanship with the brief.

SAMPLE REVIEW CHECKLIST
What should buyers confirm before approving a bag sample?
Use the approved brief, drawing and reference materials as the basis for a sample review. Agree the checkpoints and acceptable ranges for each project, then record any requested changes before confirming the order.
- Size and fit. Compare finished dimensions, measurement points and usable space with the approved brief. Record any project-specific tolerance.
- Materials and color. Compare the outer fabric, lining, trims and color with the selected swatch or written material description.
- Construction and components. Review seams, edges, zipper movement, handles, straps, pockets and other functions requested for the style.
- Branding and labels. Check the approved artwork, placement, scale, label details and agreed application method.
- Packing and marks. Confirm individual packing, labels and carton requirements against the agreed project plan.
- Changes and approval. List differences, requested corrections and the person approving them. Confirm whether a revised sample is needed before bulk production.
For each project, agree the acceptance criteria and any required performance testing in writing before sampling.
